Failure to comply with verification requests may result in a temporary suspension or account closure until the verification process is completed.

- Using funds from illegal sources to make deposits
Legal Compliance

4. Payment & Transaction Information
Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All transactions on the 4399 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX and DuitNow via major Malaysian banks. Deposits are typically credited within minutes upon successful confirmation from your financial institution.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same name as your 4399 account. Processing times depend on the selected method and banking hours. 4399 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals when additional verification is required.
All transactions are final once confirmed. Should there be any discrepancy or issue with a transaction, users are required to contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all required security checks have been completed.
